Shipping policy
1. How We Ship
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international warehouse. We are an international brand operated by Creative Plume L.L.C. (Wyoming, USA).
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can add additional time.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our website for current offers.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by your country upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
- UAE customers: Orders may be subject to UAE customs fees.
- EU/DACH customers: Orders from outside the EU may be subject to VAT and customs duties depending on the order value. As of July 2021, the EU VAT exemption for low-value goods has been removed — VAT applies to all imports.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. We are unable to refund duties or taxes paid to customs authorities.
6. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@honest-fabrics.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, or carrier disruptions.
8. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
