Refund policy

We want you to love your Honest Fabrics activewear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

EU/EEA customers: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). Please notify us within this period to exercise this right.


2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging (if applicable)

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as sale at the time of purchase
  • Hygiene items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or customer-caused damage

3. How to Request a Return
  1. Email us at info@honest-fabrics.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unannounced returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Faulty or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs in full.
  • Change of mind / other returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item).
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@honest-fabrics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
